Karina was excellent. I wish I had asked what was included in the 5K inspection. I reviewed those when I purchased the truck but didn’t remember that this did not include an oil change. I am old school and just terrified about waiting 10k for an oil change. If I had remembered that detail I would have purchased one during this inspection. I suppose I’ll get one done to ease my worries.

The appointment took long the expected, updates were not sent via text and I was not able to reach out to anyone. I purchased my car from your dealer and have done all the maintenances with your shop. I also have another car that I take for service there. I moved to north county in 2002 but I still drive to your shop for maintenance. I am seriously reconsidering that. I also called and left a message for the manager and have not received a call back.
