I waited over 2.5 hrs for an oil change, not knowing that my car had been ready for me for over 40 minutes .No one attempted to notify me and I was sitting just around the corner hearing other customers being called to the counter because their vehicles were done. To say I’m underwhelmed with the customer service is an understatement.

Each person I came in contact with was polite and professional .. the worker who met me at the gate, the one who took my order, the person I spoke with on the phone , the shuttle driver , the man who took my call and ordered an uber, the young woman who checked me out and Denise who .. although she was already off work .. took a call to answer a question . I did not meet the people who fixed my car but I am sure their work is excellent as I have come to expect from Norm Toyota

General Customer service skills: acknowledge customers that have entered, ask if they have been helped.
I patiently waited for the service agent to finish their phone call; he did see me, he turned his head and looked at me. He hung up the phone and proceeded to make two more phone calls. I finally had to ask for my keys as I had already paid online.
Sadly, this is not the first time that this happened with this service agent. I will make sure to schedule with a different agent next time.

Service representative Lewis did a good job. Toyota’s crap policy that caused me to have to jump start my vehicle every day because my battery was defective is a crap policy. I still have no idea why my radio volume does not work. It just STOPPED before the battery died by a few days. I actually regret NOT buying a Chevy Silverado instead of a Toyota. I plan to NEVER buy Toyota again.
