I was there for four hours because service was very busy. Robert was apologetic- it certainly was not his fault. I expected a 2.5 hour wait. I did have an appointment.

Arrived at 8:45 to check . Was told that my car would be ready by 1. At 12:30 I checked in person 2/12 hours later, nothing was done on my BZ lease . They couldn’t find the key to unlock my tires. There was no key . My husband looked at my booklet and the key “needs to be bought” I was also supposed to be given a 2nd key. That was not made. I asked the assistant to pull my car down because I could not spend any more time. No phone call was made to ask if I had the tire key (my car does not have one) I have

plus repair on my truck, telling me me that a part that originally lasted 22 years after a year and a half is bad, both under the same usage, now, is very likely that a part that costs no more $50 will fix my truck if you're in finding out I can tell you the results. If you ask me the money I paid for misdiagnosis of the problem should I be reimbursed to me.
