Verbally told me $319 would be ny total and helped arrange for me to get home and told me I'd be able to be picked up the next day, he'd call when it's done and/or with any status updates. Not a single call or message or email after I left. I spent the next full day calling and leaving messages with no answer, only to find out it was Richard's day off and no one was going to ever follow up with me. I had to cancel an entire day of work for this. Then finally figure our it's ready, no one comes to grt me. I call again, guy is on break so he'll call me back soon. Another half hour and I getthere snd the charge is twice what I approved. Half an hour of them scrambling at the dealership and I left pissed off and mad. So incredibly unprofessional and 0 accountability. What a wreck. This place is usually good.

Exceptional and kind words spoken to me from the entire team, including traffic management, check-in team, and technician to whom worked on the truck. The technician whom performed the work on the truck was detailed enough to retrieve my lug lock key that I provided him and walk it back to the truck prior to giving the keys to the service desk. Attention to detail demonstrated dedication to service excellence.

Excellent service! Richard was very polite and professional, the interaction at the dealership was very efficient and quick. Greatful for dropoff and pickup in their shuttle. 180 degree change from several years ago when the service at this location was subpar. Very satisfied, only if prices were more friendly. The absolute WORST experience I have EVER had in my entire 60 years of driving!!! I've been dealing with him for the past 4 months and he couldn't care less that I have to drive around a BRAND NEW car with the door jammed open! Even though I have a full 5 year service agreement. I've checked it in for service FOUR times in the last 4 months and he just keeps giving it back, saying there's nothing wrong with it, even though he WITNESSED it jamming HIMSELF! How can he say there's nothing wrong with it when he actually SEES it fail?! I finally called Toyota Corporate last week and they told me to take it to a different dealership, so I did. They are actually DOING something about it, ordering a new motor for the door! I have had excellent service from Larry Miller Toyota so far. I will NEVER be back to Norm Reeves. I was about to hire a Lemon Law attorney. I have this whole experience completely documented and will be sending it to Toyota Corporate Offices. If you'd like a copy, you can request one from me at

All was great except I was quoted at less than 2 hours, 2 hours max for a break inspection with appt. I asked for a status update at 2hr 15m and was told the person who checked me in was at lunch. So the other girl helped me and my car was done… by the time I left it was three hours. I feel like my car was forgotten about and was there much longer than I should have been.

Q Holt was very thorough. I was satisfied with his service. He did check for me a rumor I had heard that you guys charge 3.5% for using a credit card. I read that on the Internet. It says you do Holt investigated and informed me that you do not charge 3.5% additionally for using a credit card.

My service writer booked an appointment on New Years Day. I asked her if you were open and she assured me you were. You were not. Next day I emailed with no response. Following day called, someone texted me around 4:30 pm to reschedule. No apology offered. When I brought it in I I asked for a reflector to be installed, I already had part. Person who I checked in with said ok. I asked Karina and she said she would look into it. It was not installed. I had to reach out for updates on progress on car and only then did I get updates. Not a good experience.
