Having only requested a tire rotation I waited a very long time. I requested a spare tire. A quote or an order if not in stock and nothing was mentioned or noted.

The warranty repair was denied do to a “nick” in the sensor on the front bumper that was smaller than the sharpen tip of a pencil. This is the 4 tundra I’ve owned and the 2nd one purchased from you. $70k truck and a tiny nick takes it out! I asked to speak with a manager and the one standing in front of me was leaving and the other one was too busy to help. You can ask Simeon one of your sales reps who came from El Cajon Toyota about the customer you lost. Losing a customer over a few hundred dollars seems short sighted to me. Especially since I’m pretty sure you could have pushed it through the extended warranty plan in purchasing. You can read the entire review on yelp or google that shows pictures of the nick and a sharp pencil tip to show how minuscule it was.

The service at Norm Reeves was excellent. My car had to “sleep” overnight and was finished the next morning, just as promised. The shuttle took me home and picked me up which was a HUGE benefit! My brakes and car are running very smoothly now! Richard Pomplun was very helpful and informative throughout the process. Snd I live the sticker on the windshield which notes the next mileage for service! That alone makes me feel well-taken care of!

I brought car in to service squeaking noise when using breaks in reverse. I was told brake pads looked good, but draining break fluid and break cleaning/adjusting was recommended. I asked if this would fix squeaking, was told it should. Waited for 3.5 hours, no word on car. I looked outside and car was parked in lot. I asked other service member (not Denise) for help checking out, paid for service. Drove car later in the day and it still makes squeaking noise. Not happy.

I came in because the key that I purchased from your service department over a year ago did not work. It did not allow me to unlock the front door of the car. When I called in they told me that it was going to cost me to diagnose it, which did not make sense because I paid for a key and it should have been working properly. I then had to try and speak to a manager, which took about a week and a half of me calling back and leaving messages. I work in customer service and I understand that we make mistakes, but this took way too long to get resolved and the first call I made they should have told me that they would fix it since I paid over $400 for this key. It’s quite sad that customers must jump through hoops to get things done. Don’t try to sell me something and then make me pay more because you didn’t do your job right. Really wasn’t a great experience until I was able to talk to Larry.
