I want to thank all of the Norman Reeves Toyota staff that helped me today. They were able to get me a service appointment right away after I had a tire burst on the freeway. When I got to the dealership, the intake personnel (Denise Lopez and another young man) were very welcoming. The service agent Omar was very kind, helpful and gave me an excellent explanation of what my car would need. The mechanics even sent videos of the work on my car and their recommendations which I was very impressed with. Overall I want to congratulate everyone there on their excellent customer service!

I had an appointment at 10 am for my tire to get replaced since It popped and I had a spare on. I got there in time and they told me it was gonna take 45 to 1 hour and 30 minutes for them just to look at my car and tell me how many tires they have to replace. It took them 2 hours and 30 minutes just for the lady to tell me that they’re gonna replace two and do an alignment. That’s was supposed to take another 1 hour 30 minute it was already 12:30 when they were barley gonna start on my car. I did not leave the dealership till 3:55 pm. It took them 3 hours for two tires and an alignment. I was there for 5 hours waiting for my car to be done. It’s was the worst service I ever had. I never want to come to this dealership again. The lady that helped me was no help when I told her I couldn’t be there that long and she keep just telling me they’re almost done. The whole thing was an awful and annoying experience
