Rosalinda was excellent but I was not happy about is the charge. The last 3 -4 times that I’ve had an oil change the charge has increased. This time it was over $70 dollars. I like to take my truck to Toyota but I am going to have to look around for something more affordable the next time I need an oil change

I was pleasantly surprised to get in and out in under 45 minutes.
My only complaint is that my appointment was at 4:30. I arrived at 4:20 and waited to be checked in until 4:40-4:45ish. It would have been nice to be seen on time as I had an appointment. Otherwise I had a good experience. Thank you kindly
