My appointment was at 12:15 and my car wasn't ready until 2:45, which in my opinion is too long when I made an appointment. Then after over 2hrs. had passed, I went and asked how much longer it would be and the lady told me 5 more mins. When the tech walked in he asked the lady that attended me something and I could hear her saying "I told her it was a two hour wait so I don't know why she was asking". I clearly heard her talking about me from the waiting area which is unprofessional. Then after over 2.5 hrs of waiting I get my car and it wasn't even cleaned right on the outside, which is even more upsetting. Overall, I feel that if it's going to be that long of a wait it should be disclosed to us customers prior to making an appointment. I had a honda before this and never waited more than an hr. With an appointment. If it's that long of a wait the appointments are pointless.

I got there at 7:15 for simple 5000 service and was told it would be done by the time my rep Q got there. About 9:00 am I started looking for him, he was busy and waived me off twice. People kept leaving who got there after me.
When he finally got to me he didn't apologize for taking almost 3 hours on a simple oil change even with my getting there first in the morning. This was unimaginable.
I've bought 2 prius' and been coming to you since 2000. I live in PB and go out of my way to come to you. I am very loyal. Today was way too much.
I'm going to try Mossy in PB from now on. Sorry, Why should I go all the way to you.

Jessica was great, but the last two times I’ve had service, parts/service were estimated for the next day, parts were then delayed, and no one let me know. In both cases the service rep was off that day and said their backup didn’t follow up. Not sure if it’s a procedural issue, a systems issue or just accountability, but it’s always nice to know when you’ll get your car back.
