Your service techs need to learn basic customer service. If a customer has a question or concern on something that’s not on the work order, maybe learn how to approach these questions and not shut your customer down and make them feel like an idiot. If they would have just kindly let me know that I should talk to my service advisor then I would have done so. This may come as a surprise to the management team over there: you could have knowledgeable technicians who know what they’re doing AND provide good customer service. It’s not rocket science. The tech who worked on my vehicle need retraining. She could try to at least pretend that she enjoys her job. Additionally, thanks for making me waste an extra hour at the dealership when I didn’t need to. I saw my vehicle get pulled out of the bay after the service, after a quick 5k maintenance check figuring it was done. I asked one of your advisor if this was the case as I had also received a text saying “PLEASE REVIEW: Your MPI safety inspection report is ready!” He said to just check the link which I did and wait. Well, I waited. And continued to wait. Did I ever get a follow up text or phone call? Nope. I eventually asked the same advisor if the car is done, I mentioned that I saw the tech take it out the bay and parked it. He goes to check and comes back and says my initial service advisor left me a voicemail. Guess what? She didn’t. I don’t what kind of dealership you guys are running but it’s a bit ridiculous. I know this survey goes directly to you and probably not corporate but I’ll be sure they hear about it. Probably my last time getting any service work done here, thank you for the negative experience

I left there with a oil change. And my driver side Floor mat is missing. Why would they take it out anyway for a oil change

Was not provided with detailed information regarding the inspection. No information provided about possible pending preventative maintenance. Steering wheel was noticeably dirty upon pick up. Don’t think we’ll be coming back.

Too long waiting and not organized

She was very nice about answering all of my many questions that I had. All of your staff were great today. I REALLY appreciated that you had your shuttle running. I was afraid that, because of COVID, I was going to have to walk home. I love close, but was really glad the shuttle was available. I ALWAYS receive SUPERIOR service at Norm Reeves Toyota.

Jessica was GREAT and she is very hospitable

Waited for my car on site, after around two hours I looked out and saw my car parked. Nobody told me it was done, after I approached a person to help me pay and get my car I got a texted that my car was ready after I already paid and drove off. I wonder how much more I would have waited if I had not left waiting area to see if my car was parked. A little disappointed in the experience.

Excellent service for a busy day
