I am not satisfied at all.I want their to know if I have warranty caverd for abs light or know. Q know that it couldn't covered the abs, but instead he insisted to take the inspection.He said that the anly way he know if I am eligible by inspection.Which is already told hem including the code.know I am indeed up with inspection bill, and fixing bills.

Was told they’d have the car 2 hours. After 3h and 20m had to ask where my car was. Still took another 15 minutes and then Q argued with me that it was only 20 minutes over NoT the 90 minutes it was. Would have NEVER opted to sit and wait for 3.5 hours!????????

I have and appointment at 9:15 am and they said only take 1:45hrs but it took me almost 4hrs to wait. I don’t mind to wait , if they said it will take longer that mean i can plan to do something else. They keep me wait with no answer about when it will finished. Please , if you need to take the car more than 3hrs , let’s us know and your customers can plan for that day to do something else while they wait better than stay at the shop and just sit.

This is the second time I take my truck in for the same issue and I keep getting the same answer that even after the technicians drive it nothing is noticed I first took it in on 11/10/2022 and asked for a full diagnostic since the truck had been jerking when I’d be slowing downhill or about to stop. . I even have video and pictures of the truck failing, and the dashboard indicating “Visit Your Dealer”. When I mentioned and showed these images to my service manager I was told that it didn’t matter since the truck showed no problems when it was driven by the technicians. I’ve owned the same truck before and NEVER had these transmission problems happen before. I left the truck at the Norm Reeves dealership to be diagnosed/driven again since I don’t want/need to be liable for the truck malfunctioning if I drive it any longer. I NEED the truck to be fully inspected since this is an ongoing problem. I was told the “Shop Foreman” should be involved once he’s back on Tuesday 12/6/2022.

My battery 1-1/2 years old. After 3 days in my garage after driving it was drained. Had to have AAA jump. Took it into dealer and told battery fine, after day and half of testing. Obviously it is not.
