However, my lumbar pillow I use while driving was/is missing. I checked under the seats, in the backseat, and also in the trunk and it is not there.

I had to take my car for a health and alert problem that showed in my Toyota app. This was nothing caused by me and do not think I should be paying for my transportation to pick up my car.
Also when I went to pick up my car the alert in my app was still on and I told the technician about that. She said that will disappear when I drove the car. So far the alert is still on.

The whole Service Department needs to improve with customer satisfaction in mind. The advisor in this case Q, is the middle man, between the technicians and customer. His jobs should be to consistently communicate with the client to ensure the wait is short, comfortable and updated. Instead, he (and others at this point I had pretty much all) the check as many people as they can and forget about us. I waited 3 hours for an oil change. I had to go 2 times and ask about my car. The first one he said it’s coming out in a couple of minutes. 30 mins later I stood there so he could finish with another customer just to tell me , it’s ready. Did the paper work and no car. He had to go somewhere to get it. I was telling him how frustrated I was. He kept saying I understand I understand I understand never I apologize. I asked to talk to the supervisor while I was waiting another 15 minutes to bring my car…no manager on the weekly!!! Completely unsatisfied!! No customer first in mind!!!

Luis was wonderful.
Your new automated system is horrible. I was never able to get a hold of anyone to ask questions about renting a car while mine was being serviced. It was very frustrating. I do not want to text a ghost about my situation and never resolve the issues. I have been coming there for 10 years and was considering changing dealers.
