I've been coming for years and feel your customer service has been deteriorating for years....so this is on the staff as a whole team. For the amount of money you pay going to a dealership you would think service would be above and beyond and the customer would be heard and taken care of to the best ability of the agent. This doesn't happen and agents tell you one thing and then another tells you something else. Not fair.

Hi, the service writer did a good job. Apparently there was technical issues with the text messaging system to let me know that the car was ready. I wasn’t receiving any messages. Car ended up staying 24 hours for an oil change, but promised in two hours.
That’s all fine, but the problem is you can call your dealership for 24 hours and not get a hold of anyone that can help you. There are several ways to contact your text message, voicemail, I left messages with the service manager, nothing. I think I called at least 10 times. Not one text message return, voicemail, zero call backs.
You completed tire rotation, however, tires greatly overinflated
OK. Recommend tire pressure is 32 pounds cold.
Your pressure were 37-39. Every tire was at least a few pounds different.
My car sat in the garage overnight, these are cold tire pressures.
