It was just very difficult getting in contact with the service center. For some reason my calls, voicemails & texts were not going through or received.
Other than that when we were able to connect, it was great service

There was poor communication with my service advisor even when I sent multiple inquiries both with text and through the website. I feel he made little effort to to explain the condition of the car after the repair, considering that the oil cooler pipe failed and most of the oil drained from the car while I was driving it. I asked when I picked up the car if there was any engine damage and he was incredulous and replied that if there was he would have told me that earlier. Considering he never responded until the car was repaired I didn’t get to discuss the possibility that there might be engine damage or what the technicians did to test for any damage.to the engine. I feel uncomfortable that anything was done to test it. I feel he was disengaged with as a service advisor and as a long time customer with valid concerns I wasn’t given a chance to discuss my concerns since he was unresponsive.

Tried to buy a used car 2 times. Both cars were defective. Ended up returning both cars. The first car had transmission malfunctions . The second car's check engine light came on within 2days. I got back the car I traded in. I'm super unhappy with this dealership. How can 2 different cars be sold to a customer and neither one was a good car. Good thing for lawsuits because I would be stuck with a lemon because someone is cutting corners. Trying to make a bad deal with customers tryin to make money with our caring about the car they are selling. This was a terrible experience . I would never recommend norm reeves Toyota to anyone.
