Late for my doctors appointment.
Maybe have someone verify you have an appointment then allow customer to leave car. I know it’s busy and maybe space is an issue. Just giving my feedback.

I brought my car in because the battery was dead. That first day, I waited in the office for 2 hours and then had to bug the service department several times before being told that they wanted to keep it overnight. They could have saved me hours waiting by being more proactive and communicative
The next day I was told a service member would call me at 8:30am with next steps, but I received no call. I called in and left a message, texted with an automated system, and no one ever called me back. I had to call 10 times over the course of the day, each time pretending I needed to schedule an appointment because that seems like literally the only way to get in touch with a human.
Each time I did speak with someone, they told me I'd get a call back within 10 minutes -- again, I never got a call back. Not once. It was incredibly frustrating
Overall, terrible experience. Please put policies in place to ensure that your team is more communicative and proactive. We have been permanently turned off from ever seeking service with your team again.
