We had an appointment for 12:00 and waited til almost 12:25 to be seen. Javier had no personality and he leaned his iPad on our truck’s hood and fender while he was checking it in. Not impressed with our service experience.

I had l my FJ towed in because multiple dash lights were on and it wasn’t driving correctly. The diagnosis was I need new shocks and was somehow related to having after market bumpers. All of this was going to cost me $2300. In the mean time I received a quote from a business my husband was familiar with for $800. The car was driveable so my husband and I picked it up. He drove my car from Toyota and I followed en route to this other repair shop. Instead he drove straight home and when I asked him why he said the car was fine I had just hit two of the off road buttons on before I had it towed. I must have done that when I got in or out of my car. I feel like I was about to be swindled for $2300 dollars on repairs that were not an emergency, just something I should do maybe within the next 6 months based on my mileage. When I spoke to the Toyota technician on the phone about the lights he said they were no longer on. Those lights were on when I left the car.
Maybe Toyota could have been honest with me and mention they had turned the lights off and my vehicle is driving normally again. I’m just disgusted, this is just dishonest business. I will never be back. Fortunately I have an intelligent husband with more car knowledge then myself as I have very little and was about to be TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. You are running a crooked show at this Toyota dealership.
