I have been a Toyota customer for over 10 years, I have been a customer in Brazil and I am a customer here in the United States and I can assure you that I have never been served by a person so unprofessionally with Mr John and the service area manager who was in the store morning. I've never felt so embarrassed before, zero grade.

She has no people skills. Barely spoke a word, i had to ask questions that normally Robert fills me in on. Didn’t thank me for coming in, i thanked her. Forget about a smile, that wasn’t going to happen. if she comes up to help me next time, i will wait until someone else is available. I should’ve asked for Robert, he’s my guy and he is excellent. Toyota did a piss poor job in hiring this woman.

Denise was super nice and helpful. Tech didn’t actually say why our e-brake wasn’t working, just recommended replacing everything as there is rust on components. This was quoted at nearly $3000 and didn’t help fix whatever the issue may be. (E-brake peddle goes to the floor with zero resistance and does not engage. Rusty components would cause additional resistance and low gripping of the e-brake.) Also recommended a radiator and other parts replacement because there is a radiator leak. This is true, I can see the leak, but the radiator charge is $358.34 and the exact same radiator costs $196 at Toyota San Diego.

I spent $2300 on new wheels and tires, wheels were not initially balanced properly, returned to dealer second time to correct. Was still experiencing vibrations at the wheel. I then took vehicle to tire shop to inspect and balance properly, paid out of pocket. Tire tech stated rear wheels were out of balance.

It took me 4 hours just wait for maintaining my car. I totally unsatisfied with your services. Many people came after me they got service and went home. I asked technician men for getting done my car because I already waited for more than 4 hours and I got an unacceptable answer. I bought 3 cars in your dealer and I brought my cars to service for years I never got that kind of problems. your Services are not friendly and reponsively to customer I am so disappointed with your services.

I have taken two vehicles to your service department in the last week for routine maintenance. The first time wasn’t too much of an issue except when I came to pick up, there was not a clear area or person to talk to to pay and obtain my vehicle, and no one at the service desk area seemed very motivated to point me in the right direction. The second visit it took ten minutes to drop off my vehicle beyond my appointment time while watching numerous employees walk through the area. Not the biggest deal in the world, but I know better to leave more time if there is a next time to ensure I’m not late to any appointments following. The technical aspects were interesting and I did appreciate getting pictures and video texts to me to show me what work was being proposed. However, I didn’t receive notification that my vehicle was complete until 30 minutes after I picked it up. I called, left voicemails, and texted your service department multiple times and never got a call telling me my vehicle was done and as a result I ended up being late to work. Also ran into the same problem with a number of other customers at check out to pay and obtain our vehicles. I think your signage, check out procedures, and communication need some improvement. The part that leaves me particularly disappointed is that when the cabin filter was changed, someone obviously did not take care to ensure nothing fell into the duct work and now we have a foreign object rattling an awful and distracting noise on a vent near the glove compartment. What can you all do to rectify this situation?

Luis helped me as soon as I rolled into the drive away at around 7:50am on Thursday. He was extremely helpful and explained to me what my first service included and assured me he would reach out to me if they found anything wrong with my vehicle. He then texted me 1 hour later letting me know my car was ready to pick up and that everything went flawlessly! We then talked for a few minutes about car stuff and then went on about my day! Never had a service at a dealership be so easy before. Will definitely come back to him for all my future services! Thank you.
