Overall, the service provided by John Rosenbaum was very good.
I appreciate his effort in minimizing the time spent servicing the car, but also ensuring that everything that needs to be done was done.
The reason I answered No to the question is that I have not yet received a response from the follow up email I sent to John Rosenbaum. I wanted to know or, make sure they were using the proper oil in my car, 0 - 16 synthetic. I suspect it was correct, but I just wanted to verify.
(as a sidenote, I recommend that Toyota, Honda, and Home Depot chip in, and re-pave the street directly adjacent to their business)

I'm a new San Diego resident. I came here just after a 120K ml head to toe in Santa Fe, NM. I went to smog my Tacoma and it failed!At 126K how could that be? Your men sorted it.. Smoged it and gave it to me with papers for DMV. Wow, huge problem solved. Today I went to ask for my new plates to be mounted, new bracket on front, the guys again fixed me up. I made an appointment the day before at 1100 to check if my vehicle needed a repair stemming from a recall letter I recieved. I checked in at 1048 and waited for 3 hours until I asked about the status of my vehicle. I was told a computer program was down and it should be done in an hour. I waited 30 more minutes and asked them to just bring my truck back. After asking, I was told that they were just finishing up and that my truck didn't need to be serviced. It took almost 4 hours for them to establish that my car was not on the recall list. I was actually considering buying a new vehicle from this dealership but am now staying away. Customer service does not seem to be a priority.

I would add that it is impossible to talk directly with anyone at the agency when I call with questions on my car's service; always get a voice mail, and at some point, receive an eventual return call. This can be very frustrating.
