I used to believe Toyota today because my car just bought rav4 2019 but when I changed the oil, I heard the technician of your car's model is not in line, unbalance need alignment and they told me to fix it, I have to pay 119 I believe pay an extra $119 for a new car bought for a sophisticated trick, but when driving the car, you know that the steering wheel is not balanced. and i have checked that 3 out of 4 tires have worn so far that this phenomenon has never occurred in a car even though the car is old when i bought a brand new car they probably think that the customer is an idiot before what you have to see, the next person will correct it. now I know bought bad cars then I waiting 3 hours for cheaters

It took a little long, mainly because your team was very busy. 4 hours to fix a flat, mount a tire, program the wheel sensor and rotate tires. But I am satisfied because you completed everything as instructed and the quality of repair was solid based on my inspection. I will return. I just hope the service is a little faster next time. You guys have taken very good care of my vehicle in the past which is why I keep coming back. I’ll pay a little extra and wait a little longer to know the job is done right.

My sensors lights from my bumper it’s on I used specifically ask to get that taken care of my tire. Pressures were at 24 in a Tacoma and they recall didn’t change anything. The transmission is taking forever to change gears. Really disappointed.

I asked for them to look at my rear window shade and to give me a quote on repair vs disconnecting. I was in a hurry to catch a flight and didn’t realize he didn’t write it up on the repair order. I specifically wanted it looked out because it makes a horrendous noise when put in reverse and I can’t have that due to driving a 10 month old. I never received a call regarding anything. Normally I would have been calling and asking but I had to fly out to Florida to help my parents prepare for the hurricane. I let my advisor know that I wasn’t in a rush but really needed that noise to stop. Due to me being in Florida, my husband picked up my car and didn’t know that I asked for the shade to be looked at. Literally 5 miles after picking up the car, he got a flat tire. So our experience with your dealership was not a good one. It’s sad because I really wanted to use your dealership for all my needs since it’s more convenient then the Kearny Mesa branch where my father maintained it before he left. Sincerely, Michele B
