I think that I need to look for independent toyota repair. Repair costs are spiked to make up for lack of inventory to sell. $234.00 to drain and fill a radiator.

Appreciated working with Javier. Toyota is very fortunate to have him on their staff. My car runs great. I do think customers would appreciate, and it would be a good reflection on the dealership, if the customers car was washed before pickup. It doesn’t come across as pride in workmanship. Imagine how you would feel, picking up your own vehicle, and it was dirty rather than clean.

My car went in for what was supposed to be only a few hour service for tint and installation for repel shield.I had an appointment set for 8am Monday morning! I didn’t get my car until 2 days later and I ended up having to drive all the way there just to see if it was done because every time I called I was only able to leave a voicemail. I called 16 times and was on their “waitlist” to be called back. I even went to the extent of texting the salesman that sold me the car- no response and John- who said he would call when it was done. Oh and come to find out it had been done this whole entire time, they just never called me to let me know it was done being serviced. Worst experience of my life!
