The new web based system and texting is a great addition to the already wonderful service that Norm Reeves Toyota provides. There are a few minor bugs with the system but it was very functional and intuitive. I liked the video summary by the mechanic and photos of the parts needing to be replaced as well as the pdf of recommended repairs along with the ability to choose which ones and the cost. Well done!

I had an 11:30AM appointment. It took some time to be seen due to other vehicles in front of me. I was switched from one Service Rep. to another because his computer was not working. I mentioned to John, Service Rep. that I have to be out no later than the approximate time suggested. I waited 4 & 1/2 hours to receive some sort of status with my vehicle. I took it upon myself to speak to the only Service Rep. available. Everyone left for the day. She mentioned that my paperwork was left on John’s desk. He neglected to mention he had to leave at 2:30PM for an appointment. I did not receive any phone calls or text messages. I was patiently waiting in the waiting room. I barely made it in time to my other commitment. It did not help that this location does not have free shuttle service on Wednesdays. I never waited more than 3 hours in a Toyota Service waiting area. Had I known this was going to happen, I would have just stayed at Kearny Mesa Toyota and have them do the diagnostic test and pay the extra $12. The reason why I wanted to go to this location were the good reviews I read and also reviews from friends. I am so disappointed with this service!

Every time I schedule an appointment I sit in my vehicle for 10-30 minutes waiting to turn the vehicle over to the service department. The person giving me a ride had to wait as well. I wish that process was faster and I wasn’t wasting time sitting in my vehicle 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment.
