I did not receive a follow up when I was told to expect one and instead had to call back (hours later). The rep was available but ignored my call and moments after my call I received a follow up reminder. My battery terminal was corroded even though the work order stated the battery was cleaned. Additionally, the rep spoke to me about a kit required to repair my car. It would require both the right and left side of the car to be repaired simultaneously for best practice and manufacturer recommended. But the report only stated the right side was replaced. I don't understand why I would have to pay for a full kit to only have best practice ignored and only one side worked on. This was not explained to me.
I did ask for a quote to replace my window shield wiper, and am currently waiting for the parts to come in. I did not communicate it was my intention to have it replaced along with the repair and the parts were never actually ordered. I left my car over two nights because I was told it would take the day to come in. I think this was poor communication on both ours ends.
despite this, the rep that helped me checkout was patient with my frustrations. I am waiting to hear back for the wiper blade and arm install.

Energency brake peddle was engaged to hard. Difficult to release break. I opened engin cover and removed a rag left on the engine. If i had driven rag could have caused problems. Now I have to ck oil and other fluids before i start driving.
