I had a 10:15 appointment and arrived 15 minutes early. There was a huge line. I wasn’t checked in until 11 and that was only when I approached someone complaining. There were people being helped who did not have appointments. I was told you have no way of knowing if there’s going to be a staff shortage. It’s clear you are over booking appointments. When appointments are backed up due to staff not showing up, customers without appoint should be told to come back another day. Because I made it clear how unhappy I was Jessica did push to get my car done as quickly as possible. It was routine maintenance and I waited another 1 1/2 hours beyond the almost hour waiting to get “checked” in. Your appointment system is clearly not working. Additionally the service people were unable to reset the “need maintenance “ warning. That seems ridiculous as well. To say the least I was disappointed in the experience.

I couldn’t get ahold of the service advisor to check when my car was ready. After an hour of trying to get in contact with someone I drove back to the service center and saw my car was ready the whole time. It was very frustrating trying to contact someone. Management, hire more people/pay them more.

For starters it took two days to find a solution that a local mechanic found in less than thirty minutes. I never received a call from Mr. Holt for an update on the status of my car. I only received one text message. These mishaps costed me time and money from work.

When the employee called to schedule my service, she never clarified she was scheduling me for a “minor service.” I was under the impression I would be getting a 6 month oil change. Even when I dropped off my car I was asked what I was here for and I said an oil change, inspection, tire rotation. I was surprised at checkout that I was being charged for other services that I did not ask for.

Dropped off at 8am and heard nothing until 4pm, which was there’s nothing we can do. I tried multiple times to call but either no one in service answered or they’d answer then transfer me to voice mail or a disconnected extension. Eventually I called the sales department and asked a guy to walk over to service to tell someone to call me. It still took another hour before someone called.
