You completed the work on time and I notice the improved mileage with the new (expensive) battery. I do hear a new low volume noise when backing up, if this persists I will bring the car back for you to evaluate.

I was not told that my car would be kept overnight and I tried calling multiple times before the service department closed, but my call was not answered after leaving voicemails and sending texts. This was a huge inconvenience for me as I had to Uber home to later realize that my house keys were on the same key ring as my car key. At this time the service department had already closed so i called the sales department and the guy had to call his manager in order to get approval to get my keys. After he got the approval, I had to Uber back to the dealership where they still gave me a hard time in getting my house keys back. Then I uber home and have to uber to work the next morning, which at this point is becoming expensive. If my car was going to be kept overnight I would’ve liked to been told that instead of no communication. Overall, bad experience.

I'm so glad I want to Toyota of mission gorge and I'm gonna constantly continue to do business with them permanently because they take real good care of me I have no complaints and I'm thankful I'm glad I know Clinton hunt because hes a great referral and a great employee I will continue to send people I know over there to do business and to get service done on their vehicles I'm a happy customer, I have no complaints at all thank you to Toyota of the mission gorge

Karina Villatoro seemed very annoyed at our questions. When the car was dropped off, she rudely said there was no appointment scheduled, in which I showed her the confirmation text message. I also asked for a pop up message to be removed and she said no one could do it because they didn’t know how. So the dealership that sold me my car doesn’t know anything about the programming? Also, when I picked up my car, she didn’t even show me or tell me where my car was. All she said was bye. I’ve always taken my car here at Norm Reeves for maintenance and everyone has been so polite so I’m really disappointed this time around.

My appointment was for 12:30 PM today. I stayed with my car for almost 30 minutes before service advisor addressed me. At 1 PM today your courtesy van returned to the lot from lunch. I asked him when he would be taking people home and he said not till 2 PM. So I called a family member to pick me up. Then I waited for the service advisor to call me and let me know my car was ready and I did not hear from her personally however I did receive a very vague text message. So I wondered if this text message was an indication that my vehicle is ready for pick up. So you’re a Norm Reeves Toyota San Diego Mission Court Road location needs to work at: Being more timely when I arrive 10 minutes early Alerting the customers to the schedule of the courtesy van Personalizing service with a telephone call not a text message when your vehicle is ready for pick up
