I was not happy with my service. The guy that help me, his name is Xavier, was rude and unhelpful. My previous visit, the car service technicians forgot to connect the air pressure hose. So I wanted to remind the employee to make sure my car would be taken care of. My appointment was at 8am, Xavier said my car would be ready in 2 hours. I came back at 10am and I see my car keys ready, the guy says 10 minutes and he will ring me up and give me my key, but it take 30 minutes for me to pick up my car even thought it was ready to go. I was late to work because of the delay. Xavier said he would send a receipt of my services but I never received it.

I don’t usually make comments, but I want you all to succeed and it’s good for all of you to stay in business, I want to point out on your customers service, first impression is that please train the front person to properly communicate and not too snubbed customers. Other thing is that when I got my vehicle for paint repair, the inside of the vehicle is dusty, I tried my best to take care of my vehicle including inside, perhaps you can do more to make the vehicle minimize dirt during the repairs. I love the turn out of the pain though. Hope for the best for your company.

Was not told via phone that my cat protector installation was the cause of the needed repair or that my battery failed the stress test and was replaced under warranty. The online bill contained no information on this and when I called the service department to enquire after 4 pm I only got a message machine. Also I waited 20 mins for my initial service associate to help me. I flagged down 4 different people to help since many other customers behind me were already helped. Finally I was told he went home sick and someone else would be assigned to me.

I don't always patron your location for services and today will certainly be the last. I was billed for a service I didn't request and the disrespectful attitude of the service person that assisted me was terrible. I'll share my experiences from today on yelp and my social media. Toyota of Mission Valley tried to rob me but, failed. SHAME ON YOU!

This comment is for Norm Reeves Toyota and not the service provider Karina as she did a great job. Do not schedule service appointments if they cannot be fulfilled at that time. There was at least 30 cars waiting to be checked in for their appointment at 10:45. It took me over 45 minutes to just get checked in. If you are under staffed than don’t make the appointments. Having customers wait 45 minutes idling in their cars is not customer satisfaction. I would’ve been happy to wait a week or more for my appointment. I usually go to service my car in Poway because of this reason. Lesson learned that this did not change and I am happy to never come back to Norm Reeves for service.
