All was good but my digital dash display still shows the message 0f maintenance required, this was not re set. How quickly can this be addressed?

Appointment was set for 1pm. I understand it was busy, but why promise an appointment at a certain time and not keep to the time? I waited in my car for about an hour before anyone came to take my information. Then, still waited about another 2 hours for anyone to take my car for service. I could see my car sitting there. Again, what is the point of making an appointment…? By far the worst experience and it keeps getting worse each time I go. I’ll have to go to the Toyota in Chula Vista if this continues.
