I was waiting for my car! No one called me when it was done! I waited four hours for it! The guy went on lunch when 30 minutes passed and he did not call or text my phone that it was finished!

It took 6 hours for my 90k check up.

When I got there at my appointment time, I was told by mona that it’ll take an hour for my service to be complete. An hour and fifteen minutes later they haven’t even started working on my car, somehow they completely forgot about my car. I planned my business around the timeframe that I was given so I had no choice to take my car before my service was done. Mona first denied that she told me service would be completed in an hour, told me she said 2 hours. Then admitted that she said one hour but she had no idea what was going on outside because she was inside the entire time. Nonsense excuses. When I was trying to decide when I want to come back she was extremely condescending and rude! She gave me the worst experience any customer can have. If you really value my opinion like you claim in your advertisements and emails, I expect a follow up and update about accountabilty in your service department.

The only reason it wasn’t a straight up yes, is because in his crush busy AM, Richard forgot to set my time expectations of how long the diagnostic would take to be completed. After an hour I became impatient, and asked how long the process would take, and was a bit surprised when he said a couple hours. He sincerely apologized for not setting my expectations, and I appreciated that. The rest of my interaction with him was great. I was otherwise very, very happy with the service he provided me with as an out of town traveler who needed help with my Prius. Highly recommend your shop.

I wanted to provide feedback regarding my recent service visit. While I found the service process to be efficient, there is significant room for improvement in terms of the customer experience and the people process. When I first arrived at the service line, I noticed three individuals standing together and conversing. I waited, hoping someone would approach to offer assistance or guide me, but unfortunately, no one acknowledged me. After a few moments of waiting, I started to wonder if I had driven to the wrong location, so I thought I’d explore the road to the left, thinking it might lead to the service area. However, I didn’t find anything, so I circled back to the same spot and waited again. It wasn’t until then that someone came over to ask for the mileage. I would have appreciated a simple greeting or acknowledgment when I arrived. Similarly, when the car was ready for pickup, I felt the same lack of warmth from the executive. There was no greeting, no smile, and the individual appeared rushed and unengaged. It left me with the impression that I wasn’t being valued as a customer. This was my first service experience with you, and while the technical aspects were handled well, the lack of personal attention was disappointing. I hope future visits will be more welcoming and reflect the same quality of care.
