Scheduled an appointment for August 1st and I was able to reschedule to a sooner date right away. When I arrived for my 8am appt the service line was very busy but my truck was done less than an hour and a half later. Very satisfied and always great service.

One 7/20 I made an appointment because my key was not working to unlock my Toyota Tacoma. At the dealership, Q let me know if a new key didn’t work, they would have to open the car door to diagnose (cost $175). He told me the name on the car registration has to match the ID. He said this would be needed to make a key. So I went I pick up my mom in Bonita since she was on title. He made a copy of her ID and registration before we left the car for the appt. Upon returning to pick up the car, the receptionist said they made a new key and all locks work. I was under the impression if the key worked, they would not need to open up the car door. I paid for the oil change requested, key, and diagnosis fee because the receptionist did not know if they opened the car door. I left a note for Q because he was gone for the day. The receptionist put a sticky note on my receipt for him to call me today. I called and left a message today at 5pm since I did not hear from him. I also noticed the old oil change sticker on my window was not replaced with a new one stating the next oil change mileage. Thank you!
