I am grateful that the team fixed a few annoying things on my vehicle
especially the popping sound in the driver's side door. My bumper, which
was replaced last year, has some very noticeable paint residue. Hoping it
will come off with a good washing. Overall, I was satisfied with the service.

Thanks for asking for feedback because a couple thing really bothered me about your dealership. I Was generally satisfied with my interactions with sales and finance. Then a few days later I got an email saying they were ready to apply the Repel coatings. I was unaware that it had not been applied before I took the Tacoma home. So instead of leaving on my first trip to the mountains that day, I changed plans to spend 1 hour driving each way and 4 hours at the dealership to get the coating done. Why didn’t that get done before I picked it up or again when I came back the next day to pick up my car left in the parking lot? That was day wasted. While getting the coating the rep said when I got my new camper shell painted it got paint overspray all over the truck so they were going to have to buff it out but weren’t going to charge me. Well the shell was not painted so any overspray came that way from you guys. Now I wonder what an extra buffing has done to the finish.
Also when I asked about the app for the car I was assured by finance it was forever and now I see it is only a 1 year trial.
Finally, I heard something rattling around in the sunroof area and found a loose bolt rolling around. Could not see any others like it or where it came from so perhaps just sloppy manufacturing.
You should provide the app for me for lifetime and comp me a day of my time worth of service ($1,000) for the hassle of coming back for my $3000 protective coating which was not disclosed that I’d need to come back for.

I bought both of my cars at your dealership and have faithfully brought both cars for service for about 15 years. I am now looking for a new service provider. I realize much has changed due to the pandemic, but service has deteriorated significantly to the point of extreme frustration. Providing information to a customer is basic. I should not have to play 21 questions to understand the issue with my car and options available. I have lost trust and will take my business elsewhere.
