Hello, I recently took my vehicle in because it had been stalling on me on the way to San Diego. All the people were extremely friendly and helpful, no doubt about that. I picked up my car once it was ready and it was working fine, but the next morning I went to turn it on and the batter light came on once again, which is what it was doing before I took it in and before it stalled. I will be contacting Toyota once again to see if they can take another look at it considering it is doing the same thing I took it in for.

When i scheduled my appointment over the phone I was told it would take less then 2hrs. When I took my car in for my 1030am appointment Javier told me I might get my car back at the end of the day. At 4pm, I called to find the status of my car and was told they couldn’t find a record on it. When I described my tundra, I was suddenly told that the service was completed. I was never informed when the service was actually completed. I only received a text message after I signed for my truck. I also had to pay for a lyft to and from my appointment instead of getting a free ride from family or a friend because of misinformation provided.

After my service and they told me it works.I went back to u-haul and they tried it again with the 4 tester and it didn’t work with all the lights. I tried calling back and no body assisted or returned my call. Thanks to u-haul I ended buying a quick connect 4 prong to be able to get the trailer. My original 7 prong connected still doesn’t work. Would like for Toyota to fix what is wrong with my trailer connector like they were suppose too.

Wait for a scheduled apt was more than 30 minutes before I saw a service rep. Then I was given no estimate and told to pick up at closing. I was notified of problems once done but not offered to fix them during the apt time.

My multi point inspection sheet said that my rear brakes are at 2mm. So I take it into a shop to replace my rear brakes and what do you know? They are at 5mm. I saw them myself. That's a big difference between 2 to 5 mm.
