You guys checked a leak in my transmission and forget to put back the clips during an oil change. Cost me time to take it back and I got charged for replacement clips. This is the third time an inspection of the car during an oil change has resulted in something not put back. I am scared next time you guys do anytging to my car what else you forget to put back in place.

I brought my 2015 Highlander in because I kept having a warning message occurring while the engine wouldn’t start. The Toyota care specialist said he had never seen that message before. He thought it perhaps could be related to my low functioning battery. I agreed with everything he recommended including a new battery, new brakes, oil change and check up. I spent almost $900. The very next day I had trouble starting the engine and the warning message appeared again. I would really appreciate him to research this warning message and find out how to fix it.

I’m a little frustrated because for two years I’ve been asking for help with my Bluetooth and no one seems to be able to help. Today, she told me that it would be a $179 diagnostic charge to look at it, which I think is ridiculous!
