I took my car there numerous times due to a noise concern after it was fixed here at the dealership. Javier drove my car heard the noise. Mechanics took a look at it. The issue wasn't resolved. Both technicians and javier said it was normal. But I just knew something was off about my car. I then decided to take it to another dealership and guess what? The noise was heard and taken care of. Most importantly i was heard. I wasnt being ignored as with javier. It was my front breaks after all. Just as i had suggested them to check. The service adviser at the time said no. It was nothing. It was really frustrating. Never had this kind of experience. He just never really listened to me.

I am wary of the trustworthiness of the "multi-point vehicle inspection" of my vehicle. On the inspection form, the green boxes were checked for the Cabin Air Filter and Air Filter. However, I knew my cabin air filter and air filter needed to be changed and anticipated them to be dirty. I changed the cabin air filter myself earlier today and found it to be extremely dirty, with a lot of leaves and debris stuck in the filter, contrary to the inspection form. The Air Filter was also pretty dirty. Given these basic components were marked "Checked and OK at this time", I am wary of the remaining inspection results and any future services. Thus, I am not planning to return to this facility to service either of my Toyota vehicles.
