This was a truly awful experience. Your team completed ignored the issues I had asked you to focus on and instead tried to push thousands of dollars of unrelated maintenance.
I was told on the phone that the lights were the issue for the starting issues, and we agreed the bulbs would be changed.
When picking up the car, the lights had not been changed, and I was told to drive off in a car that I knew would not start. Your team dismissively told me it was “probably fine” after doing nothing.
Of course the car wouldn’t start again today, so your team was wrong and did not do any investigation into what the issue was. I went to another shop today and was told the battery clearly needed to be changed and the bulbs had no impact on the battery dying.
I will never come back to this location. I had been discussing a new car through your sales team, but after the rude and lazy treatment I received from the service team I will never do business with this location again.

Every time I go to Norma‘s Toyota, I feel like I’m not getting quality service. I go there for a problem with my car and told this is the solution to my problem . I pay lots of money for it and then it turns out to be something else. I feel like I’m wasting money there Because I leave iand my car is still not fixed and I’m out of money. The staff have no answers for me when I leave out of there and I’ve been going to this location for a very long time.
