Technician works on my car has experience, but the service lady need go back to school and learn how to communicate with customer. I came to the dealership because I have questions and concerning about the car. I don’t come to the dealership to listen to her try to cut me off while I’m talking about the problem, or hearing her giving me the BS answer while I’m talking to the technician. Bottom line, she needs to learn when to shut her mouth and stop bossing customer around.

Truthfully I was very dissapointed with my last two visits and did not want to bring my car back. I did and am very glad I did. Jon was awesome and the other staff members I interacted with were as well. Kudos to all. Will come back.

We had just taken our car to get wash when we took it in and when we pick it up it was completely dirty up like someone tried to wash it and left all the water dry up.

Service by Karina was great! My car service was completed in a timely manner even though it seemed to be super busy. But my key fob was mixed up with someone else's. I happened to have my second fob with me and was able to leave with no issues. But just as I parked at home, I got a call saying they suspected there was possibly a mix up. So I had to drive all the way back to the dealership with my son in tow. This happened around his nap time and he fell asleep on our way back to Toyota, then I had to wait much longer than expected to get my fob back and return home and disrupt my son's nap. If he wasn't with me and if gas prices weren't so crazy right now, I don't think this experience would have been as frustrating, but everybody's situation is different and these minor mistakes can cause huge inconveniences. There also wasn't anything offered to smooth the situation over. I've never had any problems taking my vehicles here, but I was really disappointed with my experience today.

After getting my oil and maintenance change at Toyota I drove my car home and then I just started to drive my car to a quick run that is less than an eight minute drive from my house halfway through I noticed a smoking smell from my car in which I stopped to check as I open the hood, I realize that a technician had completely forgot to replace the oil dipstick!!! Causing oil to spill all over my car and was a reason for the smoking my car is currently in a state where is unsafe to drive because it will turn on fire if I drive it I am so extremely disappointed in Toyota as I have been a loyal customer here for many years I’ve never had this issue happen before. It seems that there is a fault in the technician who worked on my car today I am unsure what happened but they had forgotten to replace the dipstick because I had brought my car in it good condition with all the parts there dipstick being there as well this is such an obvious part of the inside of the car I don’t know how they could have forgotten this. On my inspection it was noted that nothing was missing from my car either this is extremely on unacceptable and unsafe I hope Toyota can make this right Toyota needs to tow my car back to the shop and fix it completely. It seems that my car might’ve overheat as a result of this and now has damaged many parts inside which I believe Toyota is completely responsible for as it is a fault of negligence I do not want to escalate this case further so I hope that’s only to reach out and make this right.
