I had a catalytic converter shield installed on my car today. Upon pick up I asked the representative “If, in the unlikely event, that we need to service the catalytic converter, how to we get to it? Is there a key or something. For the shield?
She responded that there was not. The shield is bolted into the frame of the car. If service was needed, the service person would need to unbolt the shield from the car.
I thanked her for the information and went to my car. On my seat I found a plastic bag that had the shield key.

Had a 12:00 appt for a simple, routine, mileage service. Was told it would take 2-3 hrs, even with appointment and even though I would be waiting. At the 3 hr mark I went in search of serve agent, my paperwork was sitting on his counter, he was not around. Another service agent, Taylor C, was kind enough to take payment and check me out. I left the dealership at 3:45. The last 3 visits to the service department have had varying issues of dissatisfaction; ever since my assigned service rep was John Levy. Not sure I will be returning…
