Luis is very professional, helpful and respectful. He is not dismissive of my concerns. He listens and then he explains the issue and he does not just assume I don’t know anything. That is how the customer should be treated.

I do not want to sound dramatic, but the representative that helped me wasn’t the best when it came to information. Plus, it would’ve been nice to know it will take 4-5 hours to get my truck worked on.
I just feel very bothered with my experience
When it came to a oil change & inspection at Toyota in PB at least they offered transportation to head home and had way more personal customer service.
I am afraid this will be my last stop here & back with the one in PB.

The waiting room had no amenities, such as trashcans. The bathroom stalls had broken stalls.
I was offered a service but was only given the price of the part, excluding labor cost. When I looked at my documentation, i was able to see my total pricing. It was a good thing that I didnt approve the additional service at the time because it was misleading to push a service without stating the whole cost, especially if labor costs are the most expensive part of a service. This makes me think twice about approving any recommended services with Toyota, unless I research it myself and get other opinions.
