Came in with my newly purchased certified used 4 Runner. The maintenance light was on. I also needed to setup window repair for a chip since I have warranty. Charged $40 for basically tire rotation and washer topoff since car was only purchased in Dec. Then the glass wasn't even scheduled for repair or attempted. Luis forgot after he had called the technician and left a message. I was then given a card to make an appointment on my own. Seems strange your service department doesn't do this for a car with warranty. Waited 20 minutes despite no line to see someone. Car was in an out because nothing was done. No vacuum or cleaning. Just a very average experience, less than considering I just spent $50,000 on a car there. Not impressed.

I meet Mr. Holt for the first time 3/9/22. He welcomed me & listened intently to my brake concern. & request to check my brake booster perToyota notice. After my car was looked at I was pleased to learn the my brakes were in good shape. I did need a air filter & one other filter. I am pleased & thankful that Mr. Holt had the car all checked out. A special thank you to Mr. Holt who took the time to explain how my warning lamps, etc work. This was helpful so I don’t necessarily become alarmed. I will bring back my car to Mr. Holt to be serviced Thank you Toyota & Mr. Holt

Even though I know I don’t have 2 year warranty anymore, I still think you should offer discounted offers for towing and even a loaner vehicle. Your service advisors are quick a “no” or “I don’t know” answers, instead of looking into matters. I also relied on a particular quote given by phone by service advisor/parts department, which is why I proceeded to tow in my car(at my own/full expense) and when I got there early and in a rush to get to work, the quote I was given on site was almost double the original. I appreciate the adjustments made at the end, but I was stressed out all day about it. This is not the first time I’ve had a less than satisfactory experience at your facility and I don’t think I’ll return.
