Arrived at 7, general service check (oil change, filters, tire rotation, etc) was either performed or completed at 835 am, but I was not given any information or updates until 12 pm. I was told it would be done and I’d have my car back by 10 am. I’m glad Mr Holt acknowledged this when he rang me up, but it was upsetting that there was a solid 3 hours wasted with no communication.

The inside of my car was dirty after the workers were in it. Greese prints on the door handles, greese/black grit on the steering wheel, and passenger seat had all sorts of dirt. While I understand the team working on the cars will track some dirt, this amount was excessive- disappointing.

Dropped off my car on Saturday 3/5 @ 11am and it was ready to pick up Monday 3/7 @ 3pm; was sent some things to approve on Saturday for additional work and costs - approved everything. I picked up my car early this morning and it wasn't until I got a copy of the hardcopy paperwork from the associate who helped me with morning (Luis, who I actually usually work with) that I learned that the stabilizer bar, etc. wasn't replaced due to parts being on backorder. I was a bit disappointed, to be completely honest, as it would've been helpful to know ahead of time that I'd need to bring the car back whenever the parts arrive. Picking it up this morning after not having it for a few days I thought I was good to go but it turns out something that is marked as requiring immediate action couldn't be completed -- this is completely understandable since the parts are on backorder, but a little unsettling to have not been told that this wasn't done and not have an understanding as to what this means to not have this thing done that requires immediate attention.
