The customer service person that helped me was awesome but someone took my floor mat driver side and put it in my back seat which annoyed me a lot. I been driving my truck for 3 years with non Toyota mats and no safety issues. I paid $25 for both of the and Toyota thought I would pay over $100 for each of them. Not me. Other than that irritating event that was not her fault I am happy. I do wish my Tacoma got better gas mileage

My daughter had to return to service because her Hybrid Service light came on, just as she got home. Then she had to wait 30 minutes before her car could be seen again. She should have been priority upon her arrival, being that the technician failed to securely attach the connection to the hybrid fan. Unacceptable. Now, I’m wondering if Norm Reeves has qualified technicians working on vehicles. I’ll think twice before returning.

Yes, I was super happy to find out it was a mistake and that I didn’t have to pay 400 dollars for a fender bender liner that I didn’t need! They double checked it ! Jhon checked it and I was relieved. I was told by Luis Marquez that I needed that which I no longer want him to be my service advisor! He told me that they will need to order parts and I payed 25 dollar for inspection and I never got the break down for it. He has made me wait further than expected in the past. I no longer wish to have assigned to me. Please and thank you.
