I had an appointment at 8:15. I got there at 8am. I was told it was very busy and it would take close to an hour and a half. It took 3 hours. I am a very patient person. But I had my son and I was also supposed to be at work by 10. I would have preferred to be given a 4 hour estimation and it be done before that. I think customers with appointments should have priority over walk ins.

I just bought a $35k vehicle and was set up with a window tint job by my sales specialist/finance dept. I brought the truck in and my service rep Javier seemed to have no clue what was happening, insisted what I was asking for was illegal, and that my windows were already tinted. I’m thinking, you guys set me up with the service and wrote the legal liability waiver into the contract, a certain level of tint isn’t illegal or i just don’t care, whichever comes first, and my front windows are definitely NOT tinted otherwise I wouldn’t have been set up by your associates for the service. I don’t know where the push back was coming from but the guy presented as if he got out the wrong side of his bed and completely void of communicating professionally. Not fun and definitely not appreciated. I had to go back to finance and send them over to clear things up because I couldn’t deal with him. Didn’t want to nor should I have had to. Then, I came in later that afternoon to pick up the vehicle. Went to the only service rep in sight, Katrina, and asked if Javier was around. She looked at his desk and said he probably went home. Then she went back to what she was doing, couldn’t be bothered. I then asked if there was someone who could help me retrieve my vehicle. Without looking up she said, “I have 2 clients I’m working with already so ….” . Me to myself. , SO? So what? Care to elaborate. Then another rep appeared, Denise. I finished Katrina’s sentence for her because she clearly wasnt going to and said, So that means your unwilling to help, I’ll just ask her. Just gross and toxic environment. Denise made up for the lack of candor, respect and professionalism I experienced that day. She explained they were short staffed and apologized for the confusion. She knew her coworker was probably better suited to sling customers $3 McDonald’s burgers than their $35k vehicles with exorbitant inflated mark up prices. Or maybe Denise wasn’t thinking that and that was just my thought. At the end of the day, I’ll most likely seek ongoing service elsewhere.
