When I arrived, the guy put the cone on my car and told me I should wait for the service guy to come over. I proceeded to wait for 25 minutes while the first guy walked around, ate pizza, and talked to his friends. All while seeing me there waiting. I had to ask him if anyone was coming. He want to go look for the service guy, who he said was finishing up with a customer. Never offered an apology.

Jose is parts was rude, condescending and impatient. That was in person. On a call a few days prior the person I spoke to (same voice as Jose) was also rude and impatient. Service today was terribly and unacceptably slow. I made an appointment for 11am. All they were doing was putting tires on new wheels. I didn’t get out until 3:30. I drove all the way from Arizona to have terribly slow service. Javier was pleasant and good to deal with. Jose was terrible

I had a appointment for a oil change at 10am. He said it would take 2 hours.
2 hours for a appointment… I waited the 2 hours and finally asked about the status of my car and it had seemed to be done for awhile and the paperwork just needed to be processed someone else had to help me. At 3pm received a text message saying my car was done. If I had not asked if my car was done was he really going to make me wait until 3pm to get my car back?

I noticed a labor charge of $576.00 for my service. I asked Robert how many hours it took to do the repair. Robert told me 2 to 3 hours. That averages out to about $192.00 per hour? Please explain?
