After paying my bill in-person, I noticed the maintenance reminder sticker in my car was never replaced with a new one. I asked for a newer sticker. This time, the newer sticker had a future date but the same mileage as the original sticker. Plus, the maintenance warning light was never turned off. It took an extra 15 minutes after I thought my car was ready for pickup. I would appreciate more thoroughness when getting my car serviced in the future. Thank you.

Oil change & tire rotation took 4.5 hours. Car was ready for over 30 minutes by the time I had come up to the front to ask because no one had called my name in the waiting area. Due to this less than satisfactory experience I am not sure if I will return to this dealership

I stopped in for an oil change and recently got a full set of tires so I requested an alignment as well. I was told the alignment would be $100 (it was $119 according to the receipt). I also had a tire pressure sensor light on the dash and mentioned it in addition to the oil change and alignment. It was supposed to be looked into. The dash tire pressure light was never addressed. 3+ hours and 2 Uber rides later. I am totally annoyed and will likely look for another place to have my car serviced.
