Javier did fine so I have no complaints about him. He was professional and cordial when he processed my order.
My only complaint is it took two hours to change my oil.
I arrived 10 minutes early (10:20) and the service depot didn’t seem overly busy. After waiting for almost an hour, I went outside (at 11:10) and noticed my car was just being taken in to be serviced. Then at 12:30 I went outside again and noticed my car parked outside - indicating the work was completed.
I am not angry, but I do feel 2 hours is an excessive amount of time to have my oil changed.

I had an appointment at noon and upon arriving found out that all techs were at lunch. I'm not sure why an appointment would be given when the car was not going to be serviced for another 1.5 to 2 hours. Just some feedback about the lack of efficiency. Also, I was not given updates about the delay. I asked about the status about 3 times. I usually have no issues when I get my car serviced here. Today was just a long wait and a bit frustrating. I was there for a little over 3 hours. Please note that I bought my car at that location and have only ever had my car serviced at the same location since 2014. I am a loyal customer.I usually don't have any issues and love the service. Today was just not the best experience. Thanks.
