I’ve been bribing my car there since I purchased it and have up until the last two appointments been pleased. The wait times the last two visits have left a bad taste in my mouth. Seems like booking an appointment doesn’t really matter. I came back this time in hopes that it would be better but it wasn’t :(

Probably my only concern or complaint is if i made an appointment how come i have to still wait 2 & 1/2 hours to get an oil change ? i feel like it’s a bit excessive but i may be speaking out of ignorance not knowing what goes behind the scenes but just curious.

I can have my oil changed at a local place and it cost me about $80, and the wash my car and do a cursory cleaning inside. I paid $135 for you to change my oil and no cleaning at all. Overpriced.

Nobody took the time to explain to me what had been done to my car which I brought in because of a recall. And I was very impatient when I was there and Javier was on the phone— I would’ve appreciated it if he had asked the person on the phone to hold a moment and at least acknowledge that I was standing there. On the other hand as I said I was very impatient and just wanted to get my key and go so unfortunately we got off on a very bad foot. I’ll take responsibility because it was at least part my fault for being rude while he was helping another customer. And on the other hand because I’m older and old school like I said I felt like he could’ve at least acknowledged that somebody was standing right in front of him.

The service technicians are very unresponsive I waited 4 hours before someone provided the status to me after I went and asked for the status my car was still not ready the service technician came back and said that he is sending my ticket over to his coworker that worked in the cube next to him and that he was leaving for the day he left for the day and I waited for his coworker to provide me with the ticket and my bill and the coworker said that my car had been completed but they couldn't find anything wrong with it so I was there for 4 hours and nothing was performed on my car at all and I feel as if if I got in at 9:30 and I didn't leave until 2:30 in the afternoon why was I waiting so long if there was no work done on my car the service department needs to be revamped the representatives are totally void of any and all customer service skills and need additional training on how to speak to customers and be a little bit more attentive if we're there for so many hours waiting with no status updates at all unacceptable
