Now my car is leaking oil all over the place. It wasn’t leaking before yesterday. I park in my driveway and I would of noticed oil before. It leaked ever since I brought it home yesterday, and it looks like there is oil all over the place under the hood. Wtf.

They are still working with my Tacoma as there were several mistakes found when I pick it up the first and a second time. I am to take it back for a third time and I am hoping is the last one. I took it for the first time on 12/20/2021. I am waiting for a call to take it back so they can re-install the windshield and back window properly, replace a few damaged items and have the windshield plastic cover placed properly so the water dispenser for the windshield functions properly again. Time is valuable- both on your end and for your customers. When you provide a time estimate for when a vehicle will be ready and don’t meet it, that needs to be communicated. Also, your new digital service system & message system only works if the employee monitors it and uses it. I sent a message asking for an update and never received a response. Communication and updates would have gone a long way. Instead, I had a very poor experience yesterday.
