Me and my husband are very unsatisfied with our time at the Norm Reeves Toyota and our advisor Richard Pomplun. We came in today looking to fix a pop up on the dash board that read “pre-collision system malfunction” that would occasionally obstruct our view of the the speedometer but were instead met with unnecessary “issues” like our air filters needing to be replaced, being provided with a useless result that not only wasted our time, but also failed to aid the issue we really came in for. Furthermore, our advisor spoke to us very condescendingly and was informal in the way he treated us as customers, and we do not believe that he was placed in the right job. We are unsatisfied with our visit to the Toyota in Norm Reeves and hope that customer service will improve on our next visit here.

I bring my car for open recall, and instead to do the open recall, you guys broke it more and not fix anything on it and also about the second key to do program on it. You **** the car and the first key doesn’t work in the vehicle. I am not happy with it and I am not happy with that Surface advisor and manager assistant they are not helpful and I would like not to come back to you guys
