I had an issue with what I was told prior to coming in Saturday for the service. I was then told I would receive a phone call on Monday morning regarding this issue. I never received a phone call. I called i the afternoon and left a message for the service manager and an email for the service manager larry fogt, neither of which were returned.

You don't need to. I was so disappointed in my experience it really does not matter. Given your on line appointment system I was not aware I needed to spend all afternoon. In short we are done doing any business. Best of luck
