Kudos to Robert! He was attentive to my concerns and helped me understand the tire warranty on my cars Yokohamas’ I was concerned with the unusual ware of the tires considering I hadn’t had them on my car for too long. My tires were just over the 1 year purchase and I was able to get a credit to apply towards the purchase of two new tires. Not to mention the clear transparency he showed when giving me options and went over the list of additional recommendations for service. The software system wasn’t able to pick up that I had already done many of the suggested services on the noisy and it saved me time and money. In these difficult and uncertain times when stress are at an all time high, I felt like he listed to me and my needs and concerns. I wasn’t being pushed to pay for things I didn’t need and I felt encouraged to add on a suggested service since I had saved on the tires. He really made my day. I was stressed that I had had to pay $1000’s of dollars and we worked together to find a way to make it work. I had to call the Kearny Mesa Toyota service desk to ask for an invoice and they were diving me the run around. They even refused to email me a copy of the invoice unless I showed up in person to Kearny Mesa Toyota to prove I was the owner of the vehicle. It was a very stressful situation. In the end my persistent calling to make sure they emailed me the invoice for me to provide to Robert for the cost of the tire purchase was let to being able to use the warranty and save me money. I thank him for all he did and wish more service advisors were that patient and helpful. Most service advisors play coy and make you pay for extras even if you stress concern and can’t afford it. They don’t listen to your needs and they are in a rush to get you in Sign! Sign! Sign! And get you out so they can let in the next victim that they can prey upon! Yes, in the end everyone wants to make that buck/commission, but be mindful that not everyone can open up their wallets carelessly without reading the fine print. We all work hard for our money too. Thanks again for the excellent service Robert! You deserve a promotion and a raise!

Setting up my appointment and Checking in was super simple and I was able to use an email coupon. Wait time was about 2 hours but they were very busy and I waited at home so it was not a problem. I paid online and picked up my car easily. Great experience.
