Mr Farr is been great with his service if it wasn’t that way why would I ask for him I’m pretty sure I had two different people helping me out he I first started going to you guys and didn’t ask for any of them since Mr Farr help me I started asking for him to help me because he is always and amazing person.
When I first move to San Diego I started going to a Toyota dealer in Pacific Beach I was never happy and Mr far make my fell like he is more profesional also I had and accidentally t and then I deal with Mr Her Andes on the body department and he was also great.
One thing I don’t understand why is all this question but this is how I feel if I was not comfortable I would have left long time ago. Have a nice day

Robert did an excellent job overall.
1. He promptly met me when I rolled in with a smile and a hand shake.
2. He let me know right away what I would need in addition to the minor service AND soon after, let me know additional repairs and recommendations from the mechanic.
3.He had my Camry ready ON TIME and per quote.
4.He walked me out to show me where my car was parked and again thanked me for bringing my car in.
I enjoyed my visit and you need to give Robert a raise.

I wouldn't have not cancelled the repair of the defective sunroof of my brand new car if I was treated with respect during the phone call I received from Q. I was still talking and asking a question but he seemed to busy to even listen to my question. Communication is very important as a service advisor.

Typically, I receive a total of 3 files to document the service I receive from another Toyota dealership. However, I received 3 files from Norm Reeves Toyota of San Diego for my recent service, and only the Vehicle Check-in Report contained any information. The other two files, labeled VCI MEDIA and Reviewed Media, were empty.
I've noticed other reviewers mentioning similar issues, where they were unable to fulfill certain requirements due to missing information. Given this inefficiency. I am not happy with this!
