On Monday 10/28 around 10am I took my car for a noise my suv was making that day I called about 2/3 times for a follow up and I never got a call back or any kind or follow up about my vehicle. The next day (10/29)I was called and had been told there was no noise and when the foreman comes in that he would test drive my vehicle to see if he can hear anything ; I then later got a text that my vehicle was ready, no explanation of the final outcome.So I go in person just for them to tell me the same thing ,no noise.I asked if the foreman can come so we can test drive and I can show him but he was in a meeting and could not meet later so I left my car overnight just to come back the next day at 9am for a test drive with him(10/30) Once we did the test drive all he told me was it was a normal sound it sounds like its pad shifts but its nothing to worry about.”its a toyota thing”. I told him it never made that noise before so we left it as that, and I left. I decided to take it to Toyota of El Cajon to test drive with another tech and he immediately noticed something wasn't right the cranking sounded worse when he tested it and just to find out it was the right axle, so he went ahead and ordered the part I needed right away. MIND YOU…my car had been serviced at Norm Reeves since August for a transmission replacement, had been there for a month. A week after receiving it just to come back for a failed battery that cost me $300 to replace because toyota had my vehicle for over a month. Why did this have to come out of my pocket when this happened because it was held in service department for so long. I just paid it to get rid of the stress…and now I had to deal with this..when my car never had that noise to begin with. Everything happened ever since I took it in for the transmission. I will not be buying, or servicing a car at Norm Reeves ever again. I have had nothing but bad experiences and more problems.

I came today with the expectation to replace the damaged part , just to find out that the wrong part was order. Also, she informed me that it’s going to take one week to get it and that I’ll have more charges. I was in shock with the luck of customer service and asked her to talk to the manager. The worst part was that the service manager, instead of apologizing and offering to make up for the mistake, accused me of disrespecting his employees!! I have never seen such a poor management skills.

Dropped off my car at 11:30 didn't get it back until 5:30 for a battery replacement. That is too long in my opinion, however, I do understand that the maintenance staff has to take a lunch in the afternoon. Either way I thought it was far too long to wait. I did appreciate the transportation service offer to get me home and back to dealership during the interim.
