It took over 3.5 hours though~~ no fun if you HAVE to wait till done that’s for sure. I brought a book I’m reading & my laptop and of course my cell. For people that had nothing to read or do other than their ohones~~ it would have been nice to have the world news on the tv at least~~ there was NO TELEVISION on ……. signal was out~~ what’s that all about.. yet you have wireless.

The driver’s door actuator was fixed and that is working great, however something wasn’t reconnected because after I left neither of my side mirrors are able to be adjusted, they were fine before. I don’t look forward to having to bring it back in but I know you will do what needs to be done to rectify the situation.

Came in for an 11:30am appt, was told it would be done by 3pm, which didnt make sense for just an oil change & tire rotation/balancing, but what could I do, I was going to wait at the dealership. Got a call at 3:01 saying they were running 25-35mins late and he was going on lunch, but that another service rep would call me when it’s done. 3:45pm rolls by and I went up to ask about the status of my car. the service tech checked and told me it had been done since 3:37pm. Pretty frustrating to have to wait for over 4hours and to be just be forgotten.

Had to bring my car in three times in one week after a mistake was made replacing a component along with a frustrating and expensive time trying to diagnose further problems that resulted in having to call for roadside assistance. There was no mention of accountability for the issues that were caused and my car feels worse than it did before brining it in and I have less confidence in its performance as a result of these events.

I was allowed to make a 7 am appointment then when I arrived, I was told at check-in that the technician who would look at my car wouldn’t arrive until 8am. After I got my car back, they never turned the maintenance alert off.
